I served for over a decade in Emergency Medicine as a Medic Level 2 Trauma Center Emergency Dept. I am an advocate for children's safety in our community. I serve as an Ambassador for Shared Hope International.
I have been a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor for 10 years and a Fitness competitor. I offer clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy at our studio located in Sedona AZ
